Service Upgrade: Full Shipment Milestone Tracking Now Live
2026-03
Kaguo International Supply Chain has completed a service upgrade: full milestone tracking is now live. From warehouse receipt to signed delivery, all five key milestones can be queried in real time with your manager, and important changes are notified proactively.
The five trackable milestones
Warehouse receipt: cargo inspected and weighed on arrival. Booking confirmed: space and departure date locked. Dispatched: cargo departs on its route. Border clearance: customs and exit completed (road and rail routes). Delivered: arrival at destination and final delivery. Each milestone records its time and status — one shipment, one progress record; just quote your waybill number.
Proactive notifications
Besides on-demand queries, Kaguo notifies clients at these milestones: after booking confirmation, after dispatch, after border release and after delivery. Anomalies (border holds, flight changes) are reported by phone within four hours with a solution.
How to use it
Call or email your manager and quote the waybill number for the current milestone. Monthly-settlement clients also receive periodic progress summaries. The initial rollout covers all orders on all three lines — air, road and rail.
Why it matters
Full tracking minimises uncertainty: clients never have to guess where the cargo is, and the company can step in at the first sign of an anomaly. Transparency is the second layer of assurance after the speed commitment.
