A Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park

A cross-border e-commerce industrial park houses 200+ e-commerce companies covering the full chain — sourcing, operations, warehousing and logistics — making it a key ecosystem node in the region. Kaguo runs a resident service point in the park, providing one-stop dispatch services to its enterprises.

Background

Most park companies are small and medium sellers without professional logistics teams; they are unfamiliar with transit times, declarations and peak-season rules, and mistakes cost them dearly. The park management wanted a standard, stable logistics provider as part of the park's supporting services to raise its overall appeal.

What we do

Kaguo operates a resident service point in the park, collecting parcels and answering questions every Tuesday and Thursday; we hold regular logistics training (declaration rules, packaging standards, peak-season stocking) and offer park enterprises exclusive rates and priority space. Cargo moves from the park straight to the five pickup points, or Kaguo arranges doorstep collection — saving park sellers the time cost of handling logistics themselves.

Results

Since the cooperation began, 60+ park companies ship through Kaguo monthly, totalling 80+ tonnes; average logistics cost for park enterprises fell over 10%; through on-site training, the declaration rejection rate dropped from 8% to 2%. The park lists the service point as standard infrastructure — new tenants can activate logistics accounts immediately.

Working mechanism

The park management and Kaguo hold quarterly logistics matchmaking sessions, collecting enterprise needs and iterating service content; the resident point coordinates with park operations, closing issues within 24 hours.
