A Cross-border Road Fleet
A cross-border road fleet operates over 60 vehicles on China–Russia trunk routes, with deep experience in Manzhouli border procedures and winter road conditions. Kaguo holds a long-term capacity partnership with the fleet — the core execution partner of our road line.
Background
Road transport works best when full loads leave promptly and direct — but single trucks have limited capacity, and in peak season clients with volume often cannot get a truck. Kaguo needed a fleet that responds fast and never drops the ball in season.
What we do
Both sides agree on guaranteed capacity quarterly: Kaguo provides the cargo plan, and the fleet guarantees weekly departures and vehicle numbers; in winter or border congestion, backup vehicles and alternative crossings kick in. The cooperation covers loading, customs declaration, exit, trunk haul and unloading coordination end to end.
Results
Since the cooperation began, departure punctuality stays at 98% and on-time performance for the 15-20 day tier reaches 96%; peak-season capacity fulfilment exceeds 92%. Average clearance time at Manzhouli is stable at 2-3 days, below the industry average; return-load optimisation has pushed some route rates further down.
Working mechanism
Every Wednesday both sides confirm next week's departure plan; border anomalies trigger joint adjustments within four hours. The fleet gives Kaguo a dedicated dispatch line, video documentation at loading, and full traceability of cargo.
